The scope of this list includes legal, economic, social, institutional and ethical issues related to SDI developments. GSDI thematic discussion lists are openly available for anyone to read on the web. They may be closed to “participants only” in the future at the discretion of the Committee Chair or moderator. To submit comments to a list or to receive submitted comments by e-mail, one must register. Please avoid using HTML formatted email when sending mail to this list. The list archives will "scrub" HTML formatting to prevent potential security problems with HTML content. Please also avoid sending attachments since not all subscribers to this list have inexpensive or high-speed connections.
