Candidates should have:
PhD in geo-information science and communication technologies in public administration/management or a related field. 
Proven research and practical experience (preferably 5-10 years) in information management in the public sector. 
Practical experience in or affinity with information systems/infrastructure in public management (preferably) in developing countries. 
Knowledge of and skills in the application of geo-information and communication technology in public administration.
Deadline: 11 May 2007.
