This one day Oceans’08 MTS/IEEE Quebec pre-conference workshop is focused on Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS) implementation and policies associated with the GEOSS information infrastructure. The workshop will also provide a forum for discussing the development and operational issues of Science Modeling and Data Policy.
