[GSDI Legal Econ] Government Information and Open Content Licensing - An Access and Use Strategy

undertaking to develop a standardised information licensing framework. The
Stage 2 report is now available which reviews the use of open content
licensing models, in particular the creative commons model, for government
information distribution.
