The International EGOV conference brings together leading researchers and professionals from across the globe and from a number of disciplines. Over the years, the interest in this domain of study has steadily increased. The 2009 conference attracted more than 130 participants from 32 countries including developing countries, with 35 contributions in completed research, 25 contributions in ongoing research, 7 projects contributions and 3 workshops.

Topics at the IFIP e-government conference 2010 include but are not limited to:

In 2010, the IFIP e-government conference will be colocated with ePart, the new International Conference on eParticipation, which is dedicated to topics on eParticipation and eDemocracy.
