Operations Specialist (Roving Operations Officer), DR Congo with in-country travel 
  The UN Mine Action Coordination Centre maintains the “de facto” responsibility for planning, management and oversight of all mine action activities in the country, including accreditation, quality assurance and handover of cleared lands.
  Candidates must have thorough knowledge of planning processes, especially joint planning and the use of decision-making tools and GIS.
