Project Planning and Management Lead Specialist, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
As part of the African Development Bank support to the Nile Basin Initiative, Shared Vision Program (SVP), Water Resource Planning and Management Project, a Project Planning and Management Lead Specialist (PPM-LS) will be recruited. The PPM-LS will provide senior-level technical expertise and leadership for the Project Planning and Management, Good Practice Guides, and Support Component of the Water Resources Planning and Management Project. His/her primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the component workplan and budget, and design and implement the training courses in the relevant areas. He/She will play a key role in ensuring basin-wide interaction and communications among the component task force members and ensuring effective collaboration with national, regional and international consultants and experts. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring coordination and communication among the working groups, consultants and relevant stakeholders. The
 PPM-LS will report to the Regional Project Manager of the Water Resources Planning and Management Project. 
Priority will be given to nationals originating from the Nile basin countries, seeking balance among countries represented in Shared Vision Program (SVP) staff as a whole.
