  The GIS Database Officer shall prepare the entry of community data collected for the Landmine Impact Survey into IMSMA (Information Management System for Mine Action) and manage the Geographical Information System (ESRI ArcView) and all contained map datasets (country datasets and relevant metadata). The GIS Database Officer provides technical training to data operators and oversees the quality control unit.
