[SDI-Africa] Water issues in Cameroon

SDI-Africa list members: In the last few days we have had many new  
subscriptions from yahoo.fr addresses, and today we have received  
many questions, all of them on roughly the same topic. So rather than  
flood the list with the individual questions, I've copied them all  
below.

It seems there might be a university course about this somewhere and  
everyone is eager to connect to the SDI-Africa list. If anyone on the  
list has any information on this topic, please post a summary to the  
list and the people asking the questions can watch for an answer. I  
think the question may be a little off the topic for this list, so  
it's possible that there might be better places to ask these kinds of  
questions.
