National Decision Support System (DSS) Specialist (2 positions), Water Resources Planning & Management Project (WRPM); Kinshasa, DR Congo; Kigali, Rwanda  
Candidates should have at least five years of working experience in water resources engineering, or a related field, with recognized technical expertise; wide experience with water resources modeling for watershed and riverine applications; experience in database development, and GIS is an advantage; a university degree, with advanced training at postgraduate level, in water resources engineering or a related field.
Priority shall be given to candidates originating from the respective Nile Basin country for each vacancy.
