The Wildlife Conservation Society’s Ruaha Landscape Program (WCS-RLP) seeks to fill these positions:
Interdisciplinary Research Coordinator - a motivated individual with strong collaboration skills and at least 3 years of experience in agricultural and rural development and/or social and biological data collection analysis and dissemination. The successful candidate will be fluent in Swahili, have strong written English and computer skills and be comfortable working in rural village settings. Duties will involve synthesizing the findings from interdisciplinary research projects and communicating the results to a variety of stakeholders, partners and donors. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience & performance.
Community Liaison - a motivated and organized individual to join its Community Liaison Program. Candidates with experience in Participatory Rural Appraisal, Community Mapping, CBNRM and/or livestock extension are invited to apply. Fluency in Swahili is mandatory, and good computer and English skills are desirable.
