Specifically, this Request For Applications (RFA) seeks applications for addressing Regional Coordination, and Analysis, and Policy Support, Regional Early Warning, and Regional Livestock Trade.
 
Enhanced Livelihoods in the Mandera Triangle (ELM) --  $10 M  :              http://www.grants.gov/search/search.do?oppId=12448&mode=VIEW 
Specifically, this Request For Applications (RFA) seeks applications integrating program activities and sub-activities with reference to “on the ground” interventions to develop and enhance: traditional pastoralist livelihoods; alternative livelihoods strategies; complementary and/or enhanced sources of livelihood or income; natural resources management; livestock value-chain trade; integration of conflict prevention, mitigation and resolution; and dissemination and application of improved early warning, early response, and development information.
