1. Natural resources & project management expert (team leader), Selous-Niassa Wildlife Protection Corridor, South Tanzania: Namtumbo & Tunduru 
The international expert should be a natural resources manager with experience in protected area management and conservation (or similar training) with a strong background in management and financial administration of complex project structures. He should have ample international experience in technical and financial management and planning of conservation areas including co-management, environmental management, land use planning, infrastructure works for conservation areas, as well a social and professional experience and competence in long-term functions in projects of public investment with international support. Specific knowledge of German Cooperation would be an advantage.

2. National expert in participatory development planning, natural resource protection and project management techniques, Selous-Niassa Wildlife Protection Corridor, South Tanzania: Namtumbo & Tunduru 
The national expert should have at least five years of professional experience in the field of participatory development planning, natural resource protection and project management techniques.
