Cartographic visualisation of GIS Data

Conventional map making has changed over the last decades due to technological changes. Nowadays, Cartography can be seen as a sub-system of a GIS. However, Cartographic visualisation concepts still remain. This presentation gives an introductory overview of how Cartography is incorporated in the GIS.
