Hydrogeology is not my field, so I don't know what lists there are.
 
A quick search online brought me to the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH), http://www.iah.org/.  I suggest you write to them and ask.  IAH also, apparently, distributes "Groundwater eNews" that might be of interest to you.   Contact: swarden at iah.org
 
I did also come across the Geo-Computer-Models mailing list and Hydrogeology and Geo-environmental Yahoo Group list:

--- But there are initiatives such as OARE, http://www.oaresciences.org/en/, that aim to improve access to journals that normally require a subscription.  You can see if your institution is eligible, and if so, you could register online for the OARE service or contact oare at oaresciences.org.
