[SDI-Africa] Detailed shapefile of islands 180km south of Kenya/Tanzania border (Karange Island)

Can anyone direct me to spatial data for the coast of northern Tanzania?  I
need to resolve the islands in this area as precisely as is possible.  A
large-scale (detailed) shapefile of the islands about 180km south of the
Kenya/Tanzania border (Karange Island) would be ideal.
