Hi All,
Tracks4Africa (www.tracks4africa.com.za) are holding a comprehensive GPS
training on 23 and 24 February 2008 in Nairobi, Kenya
T4A will sponsor the flight of Kevin Bolton (the trainer from
www.gpsconsultants.co.za), and Wouter Brand (T4A) and Johann Groenewald
(T4A) will be joining us at their own expense.
It is proposed to have two groups of 10-15 people, with one training group
on Saturday and the other on Sunday. The Sat evening we have a get together
barbeque. In order to cover training expenses and the bbq costs, the cost
will be 9,500 ksh per person and a certificate will be issued to those who
complete the course. If you have a GPS, please bring it along to the course.
If you don't have one, don't worry there should be enough to go around.
The course will cover everything related to your GPS and will enable you to
provide accurate readings and data recordings for your mapping needs.
If you would like to attend, please send me your name, contact number and
email address so that you can book your place. I can be contacted on
craigvonhagen at yahoo.co.uk and on +254 733 921 964
The venue is still to be determined but details will be distributed to those
who will attend the course.
Best regards
Craig
