  The 2nd ICT Research Collaboration Conference is part of a series of European and Southeast Asia IST Partnering Events supported by the European Commission through the FP6 ENGAGE project together with regional and national partners. It aims to bring together Southeast Asian and European researchers from academia and industry in order to establish new partnerships and promote opportunities for joint research initiatives.
   
  Among the themes: Geospatial and Environmental Information systems: Global Positioning Systems, Geographical Information Systems, Environmental Warning Systems, Risk Management and Sensor networks
