GIS Assistant, USAID/Afghanistan Accelerating Sustainable Agriculture Program (ASAP), Kabul, Afghanistan 
The GIS Specialist position requires experience and expertise in the flexible use of multiple databases, map coordinate systems and software. It also demands a strong knowledge of map production, database access and design, development of queries and spatial analysis and counterpart training. This position will fit into a dynamic program team and require support and advice to the GIS Manager, Database Manager, the Remote Sensing Specialist and various technical specialists, and supervising GIS technicians as required.
