Second issue of Vai Pasifika, the joint newsletter of the Pacific Islands Observing Systems (Vai Pasifika Issue 2 - March 2008) 
The Vai Pasifika newsletter is released quarterly and aims to inform partners and stakeholders of recent news, issues, and activities associated with the Pacific Islands Global Ocean Observing System (PI-GOOS), the Pacific Islands Global Climate Observing System (PI-GCOS), and the Pacific Islands Hydrological Cycle Observing System (Pacific HYCOS).  Bringing together information resources for these observing systems is meant to encourage a more unified approach to observing the Pacific climate/water ecosystem.
