  This article presents an overview about the development of the Estonian Public Sector Spatial Data Infrastructure Based on Open GIS Standards.  Projects initiated by the Estonian Land Board are under development, and the infrastructure and the essential E-services will become available later in 2006.  The system will be developed into an interoperable and nationwide geo-information system.
