Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain to 'test drive' INSPIRE monitoring and reporting implementing rules
According to a notice at the Dutch Geonovum website (in Dutch), 6 September 2007, 
The Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain have been selected to test the draft implementing rules/instructions for monitoring and reporting for INSPIRE. These four member countries will provide input for a 'proof of concept' report of the present draft rules. The report should be ready by the end of September and then discussed during the first week of October with the INSPIRE drafting team.
