This 1st CIRCLE pilot joint call is to establish transnational collaborative research projects on a specific area within Climate Change Impact in the Mediterranean region: "Integrated Coastal Zones and Water Management". Each project must include participants from a minimum of two and an unrestricted maximum number of partner countries, and must in addition include at least one participant from a Mediterranean country outside the partner (contributing) group. 
Deadline: 12 October 2007.
