[SDI-Europe] Call for tenders for the development of technical components of an EC SDI

Unfortunately, the actual tender specification document referred to in 
the Official Journal announcement is not yet available (1330h GMT, 30 
June) from the web site stated in the announcement:

http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/callsfortenders

So re-visit this site later and keep an eye out for "2008/S 
124-165121".  Also be very aware of the Terms and Conditions attaching 
to "services" work for the EC, especially with regard to potential 
requirements to provide "deposits and guarantees (bank)" and the payment 
schedule for work to be done.
