EduServ7 - the seventh module of EuroSDR's education series - offers four distance elearning courses in 2009:
- Geometric performance of digital airborne cameras
Hosted by the University of Stuttgart with course leaders Dr. Michael Cramer and Dirk Stallmann
- Laserscanning for tree extraction
Hosted by the Finnish Geodetic Institute with course leader Prof. Dr. Juha Hyyppä
- Schema matching, mapping and transformation for INSPIRE
Hoted by University of Gävle with course leader Prof. Dr. Anders Östman and Dr Imad Abugessaisa
- CityGML
Co-hosted by Technical University Berlin and University of Gävle, with course leaders Prof. Dr. Thomas Kölbe and Prof. Dr. Anders Östman

Each course runs over a two-week period and requires about thirty online hours of activity which includes direct access to the course tutors - some of the leading international experts in the topic areas.
The courses will be preceded by a two-day seminar at the University of Life Sciences in Aas, Norway on 18 and 19 May 2009.
 
Fees:
One Course / two courses : 600 Euro
Three courses / four courses: 700 Euro
The course fee includes all course materials, lunches for the two-day seminar on May 18 and 19, 2009 and a joint dinner on Monday May 18, 2009.
Two scholarships to cover the course fees are available.  To apply, download an application form and email the completed document as an attachment to admin at eurosdr.net.
