[SDI-Europe] WFS Transactions Extender for Gaia SDI Platform Unveiled

The Carbon Project recently announced a new WFS-T Extender for its Gaia
Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) platform. The Extender provides powerful
and easy-to-use tools to create, edit, or delete data on any vendor's Web
Feature Service Transactional (WFS-T).
