By a decision of 31 January 2012 of the Commercial Court of Paris, 
Google Inc. and Google France have jointly been ordered to pay € 500 000 
for Directory Cartographers (Bottin Cartographes), for damages caused by 
the abuse of dominant position of Google Maps in the market for online 
mapping.
