  Al ingresar en la Fase II, el programa Computadoras para Comunidades (CPC) en la región de América Latina y el Caribe, invita a los paises miembros a presentar una iniciativa que se enmarque dentro de las caracteristicas del programa Computers for Schools (CFS) en representación de su pais. Fecha de limite: el 15 de diciembre de 2005.
   
    Computers for Communities (CFC)  initiative opens call for proposals 
  In entering Phase II, the Computers for Communities (CFC) initiative in the Latin America and Caribbean region invites member countries to present proposals to obtain seed funding for the implementation of a computer refurbishing pilot project. The funds for the implementation of pilot projects in the region were generously contributed by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and are being managed by SEDI.
