[Sdi-latinamericacaribbean] Bermuda SDI (revisited)

Colleagues in Bermuda have been discussing SDI in earnest again of late.  Mark Griffin, Project Manager of the Land Title Registry Office of the Bermuda Ministry of Works and Engineering and Housing, presented a paper at the recent URISA Caribbean GIS Conference in the Bahamas on the subject.  To help with the discussion, Mark asked the GSDI Association to host his original MSc thesis on SDI in Bermuda, which was completed in 2001, but still is seen as relevant to Bermuda and the region today.
