Terms of Reference for carrying out of Mid-Term Review of IABIN

The consultant should be someone with no prior connection or conflict of interest with IABIN. In this regard, persons involved in IABIN-GEF project preparation, in any of IABIN groups and IABIN Associated projects or organizations related to IABIN are not eligible to carry out this consultancy. Any person interested in carrying out this consulting should send Dr. Iván A. Valdespino (ivaldespino at iabin.net) with copy to Richard Huber (rhuber at oas.org), a letter of interest along with his/her Curriculum Vitae, on or before September 7, 2007.
