Consultancy: scoping paper to review international experience in addressing land issues following natural disasters. The successful candidate should have the following specific competencies and experiences:
1. At least a master’s degree in a land-related field or in a relevant social sciences discipline.
2. Proven experience in land-related issues, both policy and technical;
3. Solid understanding of and experience in post-disaster or post-conflict land contexts, including
experience at the country level, preferably with an international NGO or UN Agency;
4. Experience in developing guidelines, toolkits, policy documents, etc.
