Florida State University's Center For Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction
Studies is offering online courses on several open source GIS programs:

September - December (Fall) courses:
DivaGIS 
uDig 
MapWindow 
Basin4 (an adaptation of MapWindow for use in watershed environmental
modeling) 
Quantum GIS 
AccuGlobe (not open source) 

January - May (Spring) courses:
gvSIG 
OpenJUMP 
SAGA 
OSSIM 

Free registration is required. Enrollment for the fall courses closes on
September 24, 2007. The first day the courses will be available to take
is September 17, 2007.
