The incumbent will support the Regional Director in the coordination of a harmonised and
coherent development of UNEP country-level engagement in the Latin America and the
Caribbean region within the overall context of Delivering as One framework, with focus on the
One UN pilot (Uruguay), CCA/UNDAFs, and other common country programming processes
including linkages to the Poverty and Environment Initiative (PEI) and the MDG Achievement
