The 2011 GEOIDE Summer School is also open to students in US institutions. Dr. 
Nickolas Chrisman, Science Director of GEOIDE, welcomes applications from UCGIS 
institutions.

The 2011 GEOIDE Summer School (GSS) will be held at the University of Toronto at 
Scarborough in Toronto, Ontario, Canada from May 20th to 25th, 2011. The GSS, 
designed for graduate students will offer courses in three trendy and innovative 
fields of Geomatics consisting of: Geomatics and Temporality, Risk Analysis and 
Management, and Visualization of space. The GSS committee gathered an 
exceptional team of instructors from academia and industry coming from around 
the world.

experience, but will also have many opportunities to network with professors, 
students and professionals in the field of Geomatics from all over the world
